Hello and welcome to Dallas Payne Tattoos! Thank you for choosing me as your new favorite local tattoo artist. In order to book your appointment you must complete the following… Choose a date and time that works best for you. Once that is completed please follow the steps to complete the booking. All clients must pay a deposit to secure your appointment. The deposit is non-refundable and it goes towards your tattoo. This guarantees the start of your stencil. Once your deposit is paid and your appointment is set i will reach out to you for more details concerning your design. Please make sure to have clear, non pixelated examples of what you are wanting as well as where on the body you would like it. If you want to request to make changes to the design or to the entire tattoo in general it’s perfectly fine to do so. Please be considerate and reach out at least 3 days in advance to notify me and be aware that depending on the request there could be a change in price to reflect the new design. Final payment is due upon completion of your service. Payments accepted are Cash,Zelle,PayPal,Cash app or Apple Pay. Please be aware that showing up to your appointment more than 15 minutes late will result in a cancellation fee and you will have to be rescheduled. Letting me know that you cannot come less than 24 hours in advance will result in your appointment being canceled, which will result in a cancellation fee. If you need to reschedule I’m happy to find you a new date, but a notice of at least 24 hours is required and a new deposit may or may not be needed to book the new date and the old deposit will be forfeited.Business Hours

Cancellation Policy
showing up to your appointment more than 15 minutes late will result in your appointment being canceled. Your deposit will be forfeited and a new deposit will be mandatory to book a new date. I charge a 30% cancellation fee for all no shows or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment
